Greg Stagbouer is a well-respected HSEQ professional with over three decades of experience in building, developing, and managing operational, risk, safety, training, and human resources teams across diverse operations, countries, and cultures. With a keen focus on senior management roles, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to contribute effectively at both technical and professional levels. He has a track record of establishing and enhancing safety organisations through start-up, turn-around, and continuous improvement programs in multiple remote locations.

Notable Achievement:
A notable achievement for Greg includes spearheading an Indigenous Training and Development Program, aimed at empowering individuals to achieve their social and economic goals by providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the mining industry. Through this program, Greg facilitated the enrolment of 30 trainees, focusing on Cert II & III Civil training. Witnessing the transformation of 14 graduates, who initially harboured uncertainty about their prospects, into successful employees by the program’s end, was an extremely rewarding experience for Greg, which underscores his dedication to fostering inclusive opportunities and driving positive change within the community.
